Booking a Voyage
Step one: Availability
Schools and Groups
Schedules for each of the vessels are available from us: Places are limited on each voyage so please call us on 01752 823007 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to discuss your ideas and the sailing options available to you.
We also run voyages for commercial and private groups seeking a team experience, RYA Competent Crew, Day Skipper Practical, and Yachtmaster Preparation & Exam six day courses, as well as occasional expedition voyages specifically for adults. Please contact us for more information.
Step two: Reserving your place
Once you have chosen your sailing adventure contact us to reserve your place onboard. We will issue you with a booking form for your personal details, and to confirm that you have read and understand our Terms and Conditions. Return that to us by email email@example.com, by fax 01752 414141 or by post to the address below. We will also require a deposit, and payment can be made in three ways:
- Cheque – please make cheques payable to Island (Cutter) Ltd* and send to 10 Manston Terrace, Exeter EX2 4NP.
- Internet banking payment – please call 01752 823007 for bank details.
- PayPal (by arrangement – please call or email for details).
*All voyages are operated by The Island Trust’s trading subsidiary Island (Cutter) Ltd.
Step three: Getting packed
The balance of your voyage fee is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the voyage. After you have booked with us we will send you all of the information necessary for you to get ready for your sailing trip, including a kit list and specific joining instructions for your voyage.
Step four: Finding us
Most voyages are run from the Plymouth Yacht Haven Marina at Mount Batten in Plymouth, where the boat with her crew will be waiting to welcome you onboard.
