Skipper Pegasus: Tom Walker

Tom has worked in Sail Training for 15 years, starting out as Bosun in 1997. He spent time in the Caribbean, and came back to the UK to Skipper for us. He is a Yachtmaster Instructor

Skipper Tectona: Conall Morrison

Conall began sailing at an early age in Northern Ireland, a highly experienced Yachtsman, just as at home on racing yachts, Conall is a Yachtmaster and Cruising Instructor

1st Mate Pegasus: Liz Key

Liz is a highly qualified Youth Worker, Yachtmaster and Cruising Instructor. She has worked with young people in Sail Training onboard large vessels for 7 years, and on Pegasus as 1st Mate since 2010

2nd Mate: Kate Henderson

Kate is a trainee member of Sea Staff for 2012, having first sailed with us as a customer. She is currently training as an ASTO Cadet on the 2012 ASTO Skippership Scheme

Operations Manager Diggory Rose

Diggory is a Yachtmaster Instructor Examiner, he has been involved in Sail Training for 12 years, and has been the Skipper of Pegasus since her launch. Tom Walker takes the Pegasus reins in 2012

1st Mate Tectona: Ryan Lloyd

Ryan joined us during the winter of 2009, to assist with the winter refit. Ryan is a qualified Boat Builder, Yachtmaster and Cruising Instructor, having sailed as Bosun in 2011

Co-Ordinator Amy Ferguson

Amy has worked in Sail Training since 2002, she is a Yachtmaster, having worked as 1st Mate onboard Pegasus until 2010, she is now the Co-ordinator of The Island Trust.

2nd Mate: Darren Long

Darren sailed as a customer in autumn of 2010, realised that sail training was where he needed to be, volunteered all of 2011. He is currently training as an ASTO Cadet on the 2012 ASTO Skippership Scheme

Peter is a Yachtmaster Instructor, he has been involved in Sail Training for many years following a successful career in the oil business and Merchant Navy
